High profile firm in the East Midlands with an outstanding reputation for their services to individuals are now looking to appoint a child care solicitor to join their busy public law care team.

Ideally you will have 2-4 years PQE and will have had some exposure to care work previously.

You will have trained or gained experience at a comparable Legal 500 firm and picked up a variety of skills and knowledge at this development stage of your career including experience relating to: care, guardianship, residency, abuse, injuries, substance and mental health issues.

An attractive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with the benefits of working in a friendly and professional environment.

You should have a genuine interest in this area of law and in defending the rights of the child.

You should be a driver as you may need to be have a visible presence at more than one of the firms' offices.

Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Derby area.
