Paralegal

We are looking for BPTC or LPC graduates who are keen to secure a challenging legal role and gain valuable practical experience in a caseworking environment.

The successful candidate will assist lawyers with the preparation of evidence, in order for them to defend government decisions.

Applicants must have the ability to organise large volumes of material, identify missing documents, prioritise tasks and effectively communicate/share intelligence gathered with interested parties.

Main duties will include:

Drafting Witness Statements;

Conducting Legal Research; 

Drafting Instructions to Counsel;

Attending Tribunal with Counsel.
