Real Estate Lawyer 3+ PQE, Warwickshire, ref: WM6 238
We are working with this highly regarded law practice who are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive ideally with at least 3 years' pqe to enhance their thriving team.
You will be joining an established team that handle work for commercial and corporate clients. There will lots of opportunity to build rapport with existing and new clients. You should have a good knowledge of general commercial property work including, but not an inclusive list, real estate acquisitions, disposal transactions and general commercial Landlord and Tenant work. You will be joining a collegiate team and training and support will be given to the right candidate.
