Real Estate Solicitor - Chester

Are you a Cheshire/Chester based Real Estate Solicitor with at least 1 year of solid post qualification experience in commercial property work?

Our client is a mid-sized regional firm with lots of real estate work and currently not enough lawyers to do it all!

With a keen eye on expansion, the 6 lawyer strong department (plus support staff) and has a well-earned reputation in providing commercial real estate advice to a range of SME clients, developers and banking institutions in both the North West and nationally.

This role would suit a lawyer from one of the nationals looking to make more of a footprint at a smaller firm whilst still maintaining a good quality of work. It would also suit a lawyer from a boutique property firm looking to work for a larger more commercially focused team.

Candidates with 1 year PQE up to around 5 years PQE are encouraged to apply but more experienced lawyers who do not fall into this bracket will be considered depending upon salary expectations.

Part time applicants are welcomed!

Work is a mix of transactional (acquisition and disposal) and landlord and tenant. It can, if desired also encompass some of the following:  development and construction, leasing, financing and environmental advice

Salary is flexible and commensurate with experience but nevertheless competitive for the industry and location. In addition, there is a generous holiday entitlement, a Christmas shut down, an ability to buy more holidays and private healthcare.

To be considered for this real estate solicitor role you will have the following experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes;

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year of real estate experience
• Client facing
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
• Experienced and proficient in the use of case management systems
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under own initiative
