Our client is a leading Top 100 Yorkshire firm.
They are looking for a Corporate Solicitor with 4 years + Post Qualification Experience. The firm are a leading fixture in Yorkshire employing over 300 staff and highly rated in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guides across a number of areas.
The role will be dealing with a varied caseload of Corporate and Commercial matters including advising on Mergers & Acquisitions, MBOs and MBI's, Private Equity Investments, Reorganisations and Restructurings as well general commercial contract matters.
You will be dealing with a diverse client base from owner-managed businesses to larger organisations both regional and national across a range of sectors.
