Working as part of a team, you will deliver high quality legal services to the Council's departments and clients. You will be required to provide advice in relation to contracts, partnerships and procurement to the County Council's departments and other client bodies.

With some experience of contracts as well as ideally the procurement regulations, you will advise on matters with minimal supervision. You will be required to advise on Contract Standing Orders and related issues including appprovals, procurement processes and best practice.

A solicitor or an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executive’s or equivalent, you will have relevant experience managing a caseload and working on your own initiative, but within a team environment. It's also essential that you can work under pressure and prioritize your workload. Above all, you will carry out all duties in a professional and accurate manner with a client focused approach.
