A new vacancy has arisen for a Residential Development Solicitor to join this flourishing Top 100 firm in the heart of the City.

The Real Estate department is a core focus of the business. From investment and management of existing assets to significant development and regeneration schemes, about 60% of their Lawyers practice full-time in the sector across a broad range of disciplines including investment, finance, development, construction, asset management, planning, environmental and dispute resolution. The Lawyer ranks them as having one of the UK's Top 15 Real Estate practices overall.

This opportunity will sit in the Housing & Regeneration team in London; you will specialise in development work acting for housing associations, developers, local authorities and other public and private sector clients.

• You will be a Residential Development Solicitor with at least three years PQE (no there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will deal with a broad caseload which will include; Involvement in all property aspects of development and regeneration schemes, acquisitions of development sites for residential and mixed use schemes for social landlords and private sector developers and housing providers, Portfolio sales for social landlords and advising lenders.
• You will have excellent technical knowledge
• This role comes with strong prospects for progression
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience.
