Family Solicitor

The firm is seeking a new Family Solicitor to join their St Albans, Hertfordshire based office.

You will work with a high skilled team, dealing with a broad caseload of Family matters which will also involve you working with an affluent, HNW client base. The workload will include; divorce, financial proceedings, emergency injunctions, private children act applications, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation work including Schedule 1 applications.
You will run your own high-quality caseload, as well as assisting on complex, high-value matters.

• You will be a Family Solicitor with between NQ-5 years PQE in family law
• You should have sat at least one training seat in family law
• Experience of dealing with complex litigation will be to advantage
• You should have a good eye for detail
• The firm does not offer legal aid, and therefore experience of private family law work is essential to the role. Advocacy experience is an advantage but is not essential
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
