The firm is seeking a new Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their West End based office.

You will work alongside a highly experienced team, alongside a Partner dealing with a broad range of Corporate Commercial work. The client base is varied and spans SME, HNW individuals, OMB and entrepreneurs. You will work on your own matters as well as assisting with more complex matters; the caseload will include; Corporate Finance, Copyright, Commercial Contracts, Licensing, Partnership agreements, Outsourcing, IP, Shareholder agreements, M&A and Reorganisations.

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with between 2-6 years PQE
• You should have a good technical knowledge across a broad range of matters
• You should have a good eye for detail
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
• This will be a hands-on role where you will get good exposure
• Salary is very negotiable and depends on your level of experience
