Position - Real Estate Solicitor
Real Estate/Commercial Property/Residential Development/Property Finance/Property Investment/

A new opportunity has opened for a Solicitor to join the Real Estate team of a Central London based Commercial law firm. The firm have a well-developed practice that represents a range of international and local clients covering financial institutions, major banks, property investment and development firms, along with entrepreneurs and private investors. As such the firm have seen a recent expansion in the Real Estate transactional workload and are now recruiting a solicitor into that team. With this in mind the firm are looking for a solicitor that has a broad base of Real Estate experience, ideally with a particular emphasis on Commercial Property, someone able to run sizeable aspects of their own caseload and able to deal with a range of clients. In turn this is a great opportunity to join a thriving section of a well-regarded legal firm, that would suit a Solicitor looking for a long-term career move to an environment that can provide opportunities for career development and training.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Broad base of Real Estate experience.
- Experience in handling Commercial Real Estate transactions.
- Able to support and lead aspects of the Real Estate team's business development and marketing strategies.
