A new, exciting firm is now seeking consultant solicitors to join their ever expanding practice. Opened four months ago and initially with a team of two, they now have a team of seven. The firm is based in Ealing, West London and there are well thought-out plans to expand significantly over the next few years which makes now an exciting time to join the firm. The firm currently does family, litigation, private client and residential/commercial conveyancing.

The firm is seeking consultant solicitors from all disciplines to join the practice. The managing director was a consultant solicitor for two thirds of his career prior to setting up the practice so knows the consultancy model inside out. The firm is offering a market leading sliding fee-share scheme.

The firm has a real family feel; you will find a friendly, dynamic culture but the ultimate aim of the firm is to support their consultant solicitors so that they can focus on doing what they enjoy while cutting out the administrative burden along with anything else that stifles productivity. The firm offers a brilliant case management system which makes working remotely effortless. The firm also has indemnity cover up to £3m.

The firm is seeking applicants who have their own following and are able to bill in the region of £5k per month at least as well as have a clear strategy on where the work comes from. As the firm grows, there will of course be referrals to consultants from other consultants and the plethora of new enquiries that come into the firm.
