The firm is seeking a Family Fertility Law Solicitor to join their team in Dorchester.

The Fertility team sits within the wider Family team, they have an exceptional reputation for Family law, and this team is growing. The Fertility team currently stands at five; they have a national reputation for this niche area of law, the Partners are known Internationally and write for publications and have been interviewed on many media outlets regarding Fertility law. The team deal with a broad range of work which includes; the so-called 'postcode lottery' around the funding of fertility treatment. Different clinical commissioning groups (CCG), also the exclusion based on same-sex orientation and disability. They also advise clients on the legal issues surrounding the ownership of gametes and embryos.

• You will be a Family Lawyer with at least three years PQE in Fertility law.
• You should have a good technical knowledge within this niche area of law
