The education sector encompasses an expanding area of law and also an ever-changing market which certainly provides challenge and variety. In this role you will be providing advice to a range of higher education establishments and providers and you should be enthusiastic about developing your knowledge and technical skills in this area of law.
To date your experience may cover general commercial work, touching on corporate or charity work , and you maybe haven’t thought about specialising in the education sector. Well this role will expect you to have strong drafting skills along with an agile and creative mind as there are bound to be new issues on a day to day basis.
