The Organisation
The Expert Witness Institute, formed in 1996, is a membership body for Expert Witnesses, constituted as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. The Institute acts as a voice for the expert witness community, supporting experts based in the UK and worldwide from all professional disciplines and lawyers who use the services of experts.
The Role
The Institute is looking to recruit a Chief Executive to provide strategic leadership, working with a Board of Governors and committees to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.
Skills Required
Candidates should have proven experience in a senior management position and in developing and implementing strategies and should possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be an energetic, creative person with excellent business knowledge, strong management and marketing experience. Experience of the legal sector would be an advantage.
