The nature of this role means we are able to consider applications from newly qualified or recently admitted solicitors although some PQE or a seat in commercial litigation experience is essential. Excellent academic achievements are also required.

The Commercial Disputes team continually attracts quality instructions and offers a depth and breadth of expertise unrivalled in the Liverpool market. Typical instructions might include:

• Corporate, partnership and shareholder disputes,
• IT & Technology cases,
• Contractual and Trading disputes,
• Negligence based actions,
• Injunctive Relief Proceedings

The Commercial Litigation Team enjoys an enviable reputation and led by highly respected practitioners, who will provide excellent mentoring. In this role, you will avoid being pigeon holed or undertaking routine or volume work.
