We are looking for a solicitor qualified or near-qualified with experience in commercial and residential property with particular focus on newbuilds, landlord and tenant work and property litigation.
Solicitor
- Draft contracts, leases, and other related documents;
- Research; Document management;
- Assisting directors with civil litigation
- Handling own conveyancing caseload
- Assisting directors in commercial property transactions;
Candidates should have a UK degree qualification, completed the LPC and have some relevant work experience. Fluency in both Chinese and English and knowledge of Chinese business culture an advantage.
