Systech Solicitors is currently appointed on some of the largest and most complex engineering and infrastructure projects in the world, including major projects in the rail, power and oil and gas sectors.
We have an established business and growing reputation in the UK and Europe, Middle East and Africa, the Americas and Asia Pacific regions, hence we are currently seeking UK Qualified Construction Lawyers for international positions.
The Positions
You will be a UK Qualified Construction Lawyer, 3 years PQE, preferably with international projects experience involving EPC / FIDIC contracts to work on secondment for a two year contract period as an in-house lawyer. Whilst on secondment, full administrative support will be offered by Systech Solicitors.
Candidate Requirements:
- Available to work from June 2017
- UK Qualified Lawyer – 3 years PQE
- International construction legal experience with particular experience in EPC / FIDIC contracts
- Single status only
- Excellent command of spoken and written English combined with professional presentation and IT skills
- Want to take up a long-term, international position on single status basis
- Will have travelled widely previously and be familiar with South East Asia region
- UK passport holders preferred (preferable for foreign worker visa requirements) Other nationalities will be considered (visa restrictions may apply in some locations)
- An excellent health record
