Construction Lawyers – 10 Years PQE and Major Infrastructure Project Experience – International Opportunity

The Company

Systech Solicitors is currently appointed on some of the largest and most complex engineering and infrastructure projects in the world, including major projects in the rail, power and oil and gas sectors.

We have an established business and growing reputation in the UK and Europe, Middle East and Africa, the Americas and Asia Pacific regions and are seeking Experienced Construction Lawyers for international positions to either relocate on a permanent basis, or work on rotation from a UK base.

The Positions

On major infrastructure projects, our Lawyers tend to lead, or form part of, a team often working closely with Systech’s commercial managers, claims consultants, forensic planners and experts to provide our international clients with innovative solutions.

Currently, we are seeking two Construction Lawyers, preferably with major infrastructure project experience in an international setting to join an international claims team.  Experience of DAB’s and international Arbitration would be an advantage.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Lawyer – 10 years PQE
  • International construction legal experience, preferably with major infrastructure project experience
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English combined with professional presentation and IT skills
  • Want to take up a long-term, international position on single status basis
  • We will consider applications from suitably qualified candidates who are based in the UK and able to work away on a single status basis, on rotation (11 weeks on and 2 weeks off).
  • UK passport holders preferred (preferable for foreign worker visa requirements) Other nationalities will be considered (visa restrictions may apply in some locations)
  • An excellent health record
