Have you got the interpersonal skills and sensitivity to assist with the management of the financial affairs of clients within the remit of a Court of Protection Order…it’s a very rewarding area of work.

Our clients are looking for a newly qualified Lawyer to assist with the day to day administration of all aspect of Court of Protection work. Working within a leading Private Client team you will have your own caseload and get involved with the interesting and challenging areas of the cases often involving liaison with clients and other external professional advisors.

You should have previous experience of Court of Protection work or more general Private Client work and be keen to make a positive contribution to the welfare of clients and also support the private client team with this area of work.

Ideally you will be a newly or recently qualified lawyer, either through the trainee Solicitor route or relevant ILEX qualification. Great training and support is available for the right candidate.
