This long standing Hertfordshire practice has asked us to find them a senior non-contentious solicitor to join their team. With a superb reputation locally and a strong client base they are looking for a 2-5 PQE solicitor with a detailed knowledge in handling residential and commercial property transactions and who also boasts experience in private client matters.

The caseload is split 60% property, 40% private client. You will manage a HNW caseload handling all matters related to property and lift time planning, this will include:
-          Sales & purchases of houses, flats and commercial premises
-          Remortgages
-          Development projects
-          New builds
-          Commercial leases & licenses
-          Drafting Wills
-          LPA’s
-          Probate
-          TAX
-          Trusts
