Private Client Solicitor

A highly regarded firm based in Kent require the assistance of a Private Client Lawyer on an on-going locum basis. The role is ideally to start at the beginning of May.

The caseload will include wills, probate, tax and trust matters and relevant legal deeds including deeds of variation, deeds of trust and deeds of appointment.

Successful candidates need to be able to hit the ground running without supervision and deal with a full private client caseload.

Due to the fact the role is to start at the beginning of May, candidates ideally need to be immediately available or at short notice.
