I am recruiting on behalf of a legal 500 firm who are looking to hire a Clinical Negligence Litigation Executive to their offices based in Manchester. Salary paying up to £22K.

My client is one of the largest leading law firms within the UK who are looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Litigation Executive due to their continued growth and expansion. As a litigation executive working in this department, your main responsibility will be to assist and work closely with senior solicitors on their caseload of high quality clinical negligence files, covering a range of different matters including birth defects, amputations, fatal negligence, brain, cancer and cosmetic surgery claims.

It is essential for successful candidates to have a strong background of experience of working within clinical negligence with a highly reputable personal injury law firm. Applications are welcome from paralegals, legal assistants and fee earners who have the relevant experience. Consideration will also be given to fee earners who have worked on RTA/EL/PL litigated files.
