An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fast Track and Multi Track Fee-earner / Solicitor to join an established Legal firm in Manchester on a 12 Month Fixed-term contract basis. The client is looking for a candidate with a high degree of technical skills and a proven track record of handling Claimant Personal Injury files including both Fast Track and Multi Track cases.

The successful candidate will be dealing with a full caseload of Claimant Personal Injury files, having to deal with all aspects of the role including:

• Managing a full caseload of both fast track and multi track cases
• Dealing with personal injury cases including RTA, EL, Pl and assaults training will be provided where necessary
• The candidate must be self-sufficient and have the ability to assess liability, causation and quantum

Applications will be considered from Admitted Solicitors or legal executive equivalent and they will consider a candidate qualified by experience. It is essential that the candidate has had experience handling a claimant personal injury caseload including fast track and multi track cases.
