Job Details
One of Guildford's largest firms is currently looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor. You will be working directly with the Head of Department and play a key role in the development of the practice. There is a large amount of work to sink your teeth into immediately so this is not a role for someone who does not enjoy being busy.
You will need experience of property litigation as the role requires someone with the confidence to run a case load and make reasoned decisions where appropriate.
There is a generous package on offer to the successful applicant:
- Competitive salary
- Target of 3.5 times salary
- Less than 1000 billable hours to achieve target
- Contractual bonus of 28.57% of everything you bill over your target
The firm is also expanding its London offering so there is an opportunity to work from there and build more city experience.
This role offers a real opportunity to accelerate your career whilst also dramatically improving your earning potential.
