A new opportunity has arisen for a consumer credit (CCA) lawyer to join the legal team. You will be responsible for advising the business on legal issues arising from the business's consumer offerings, and identification and management of legal risks arising from these activities. You will also provide legal advice on interpretation and implementation of laws and regulatory guidance in respect of FCA regulated activity.

To be considered for the role you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a strong understanding of the law and regulatory environment that relates to a businesses consumer offering and other FCA regulated activity. You will also have extensive experience of drafting consumer contract terms and conditions and strong knowledge of CCA.
