If you are an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor with a breadth of knowledge in the sector and keen to develop your professional reputation in a forward thinking firm, we have the position for you!
An unmissable new role has arisen in the market for a Property Litigation Solicitor to play a leading role with a well-established, national firm in their Manchester City Centre office. They have a brilliant reputation in the Real Estate market and this will be an excellent opportunity to build your name and further develop the property litigation offering in an already strong department.
Within the property litigation team you will be responsible for developing a new arm of the property litigation department, working closely with the existing team and managing a range of work, principally commercial landlord and tenant, property contracts, property insolvency, residential landlord and tenant including enfranchisement, rights of way, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and dilapidations. You will also be expected to build and maintain effective relationship with clients and market intermediaries.
You will have the opportunity to play an integral role with business development and profile raising initiatives including networking events and the opportunity will also be there to support the more junior members of the team.
