Are you an in-house commercial lawyer looking to work with a Global business with offices in Cheshire? If so, we would love to hear from you!
We are currently working with an international organisation that is looking to recruit an experienced commercial lawyer to join them in-house. You will be joining a small but close knit and friendly team that handles very good quality and varied work. The role is ideal if you're looking to be part of an innovative and creative business, whilst working in a first-rate environment.
Day to day, the role will see you involved with:
- Drafting and negotiating large, international contracts.
- Advising on matters relating to the UK intellectual property portfolio.
- Competition Law.
- Managing external legal relationships.
The company has a great culture and a close knit team so is ideal if you're looking to join a supportive and flexible environment. The role would be best suited to candidates with at 3 - 6 years PQE, however this has been given as a guideline only and candidates with equivalent experience will happily be considered.
