Practice Manager. A practice manager is required by a traditional private practice in Hampshire. The practice manager will join a small to medium sized practice dealing with a high net worth client base. Essentially, the successful practice manager will have a strong financial understanding in the commercial running of a legal practice and its accounting functions. In addition, the practice manager role will also offer a wide scope in duties, such as, human resources, risk, compliance and facilities management. Given the traditions, client base and history of the practice it’s anticipated the successful private practice manager will possess the gravitas to communicate at all levels combined with excellent commercial awareness. Salary dependent upon experience Circa £45,000-£50,000.
