The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and meticulous Legal Accounts Manager to join our clients’ well-regarded practice in the Birkenhead area. Reporting to the firms’ directors, the successful Accounts Manager will oversee the day-to-day workings of the accounts team, to include staff supervision whilst also providing management reports and analysis. In addition, the ideal Accounts Manager will assist with credit control, supervise VAT and payroll and handle month and year-end procedures.

The Candidate
You must be an Accounts Manager with significant experience gained within a well-regarded legal practice.
You must be fully conversant with the SAR and other regulatory requirements.
You will be IT literate, with prior experience working with case management systems.
ILFM and / or AAT qualifications would be advantageous.
Experience working to LAA and Lexcel requirements is desirable.
You will be able to support junior members of the department and report at board level.
You will be ambitious with a commercial outlook.
