The Legal 500 practice has Lexcel accreditation and a team of lawyers who are recognised for their excellence across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines. They are now looking to add a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to their team.

The Role
Our client is seeking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their Birmingham office. The position is offered on a permanent full-time basis and is suitable for applications from qualified Solicitors with five or more years’ experience. The role will be handling a caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, proving advise to clients who have received substandard treatment causing them suffering or poor medical outcomes. The role will be involving cases that include misdiagnosis or failure to diagnose, negligence, administering mistakes, failure of consent, incorrect treatment and hospital acquired infections. The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor.
You will have at least 5 years’ PQE.
You will have solid experience in clinical negligence.
You will have experience in claimant cases.
