Progressive firm undergoing an impressive rate of expansion seeking a Junior Litigation Solicitor in central London.

Our client is a well-established, multi-office practice with a strong presence across the capital providing expert advice and representation in all aspects of property law. With an in-depth knowledge of the market in London, they also serve clients with agricultural and commercial property interests country-wide. Currently undergoing a sustained period of growth, they are now looking to add to their team.

The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and driven Litigation Solicitor to join our clients’ flourishing practice in the heart of the capital. Working closely with senior members of this growing team, the successful Solicitor will manage and assist with a diverse caseload with a bias towards residential and commercial property disputes. The ideal Solicitor will have prior experience with Landlord and Tenant disputes and lease work in addition to general disputes. Additional involvement in business development activities will form an essential part of the position.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor from NQ - 1 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Litigation department.
You must have excellent technical skills with broad-ranging expertise.
Specialist experience in property disputes and landlord and tenant issues would be highly advantageous.
You will be a team player and equally able to work on your own initiative.
You will have first class interpersonal skills across all levels.
An aptitude for business development is desirable.
Flexibility, dedication and ambition are essential attributes.
