A vacancy has now arisen for a good administrator to work in a reception role in the Leicester office, which is based close to the city centre with excellent public transport links.


You will be the first point of contact for clients and the ‘face and voice’ of the firm, so you will be a very well-organised, well-presented individual with an excellent telephone manner and client care skills in general. You will be managing the post and DX, preparing meeting rooms and organising refreshments and providing a general level of administrative support for the office manager. You will:-
Ideally, have some previous experience in a similar role;
Have good document production skills with a good grasp of spelling and grammar;
Be well-organised with excellent time-management skills;
Be very well presented, with a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
