Job Details
Corporate Solicitor. A Kent regional law firm has a requirement for a corporate solicitor from NQ level to support the Head of Department in dealing with transactional and advisory corporate and commercial work, running own files and helping to grow the business law practice of the Firm.
Corporate Solicitor role
Acting on company share sales and purchases.
Acting on a business and asset sales and purchases.
Advising on the Companies Act 2006 and all areas of law generally applicable to private companies.
Drafting and advising on partnership and LLP agreements and other related documents and matters.
Drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, including Agency Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Terms and Conditions of Trading and Shareholders’ Agreements.
Working as a member of a team with the Head of the Department and its trainees on larger corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions and joint venture projects.
Assisting with marketing and business development.
Salary from £32,000 dependent upon experience
