NQ Private Client Solicitor - A full service Oxfordshire law firm requires an NQ private client solicitor to work as part of their expanding private client ream. Candidates will be required to manage a mixed caseload of files with minimal supervision. the private client team would like an NQ private client solicitor or a private client solicitor with some post qualification experience. The department successfully handles a range of matters to include advising upon wills and will structures, inheritance tax, tax and estate planning, estate administration, probate and trust work.

As part of a team you will be required to contribute to marketing and business development therefore will have previous experience of managing a caseload to given financial targets within agreed timescales. Strong communication skills are essential together with client management abilities.
