Job Details
A national law firm with a strong commercial litigation department is looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to join its expanding team in what is an exciting time for the department. The team is seeing a large influx of work and there is a definite need to expand. This opportunity is ideal for a commercial litigation solicitor that is looking for a high quality caseload, an opportunity within a thriving department and the chance to become a more rounded solicitor with the firm's excellent support and training that is available.
The role and candidate
- This is a broad ranging commercial litigation role that encompasses a wide variety of commercial disputes along with IP disputes.
- You will work with a top level of clients, including national companies and household insurers.
- The candidate specification is quite broad for this and our client is quite happy to consider qualified solicitors with a range of PQE.
- Having experience of dealing with a complex caseload of commercial litigation with minimal supervision is preferable experience for candidates applying to this role.
