A US law firm operating with over 19 offices across the globe. The firm are recognised as best in class in providing legal services. Covering a range of practice area, this firm is offering the opportunity for a Banking & Finance Lawyer to join their London Office.
Your new role
You will join the firm's Banking & Finance department, which is composed of lawyers with experience within the banking & finance space. The firm advises many of the world's key financial centres, London, Paris, Frankfurt,New York and Hong Kong. The role will include We regularly represent corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an exceptionally skilled 2+ PQE Lawyer with experience Banking & Finance law, both on a domestic and international arena. The firm are seeking Magic or Silver Circle type candidates with an excellent academic background and top tier training and experience from a leading practice. The ideal candidate will be UK qualified, though foreign qualified lawyers will be considered.
