Personal Injury Fee Earner

THE ROLE:

Personal Injury Fee Earner - This progressive and forward thinking law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their energetic, focused and friendly team. You will be dealing with claimant matters in relation to Road Traffic Accident cases and responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, replies to defences, dealing with witness statements, instructing counsel and preparation of trial bundles.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Personal Injury Fee Earner will have at least 12 months' experience within Personal Injury, specifically within high litigated claimant work and be able to run a caseload seamlessly. As the appointed Personal Injury Fee Earner, you will be joining a law firm that will expand your knowledge and a role where you are able to excel with progression within a supervisory nature.
