An excellent opportunity has arisen for a private client solicitor or legal executive to join a Legal 500 law firm in Mansfield. The firm has carefully crafted an excellent reputation for private client work and you will have a caseload to handle from day one, so you will need to be able to hit the ground running.

The private client department is led by a senior partner and you will have the opportunity to work alongside high performing solicitors, legal executives, and paralegals whilst being supported by a team of legal secretaries. As a private client solicitor or legal executive, you will be expected to manage your own caseload with little supervision. Your caseload will be a mixture wills, probate, tax and trust maters.

The firm can offer flexible working hours or part time work for the right candidate, and will also consider working from home arrangements, one or two days a week for full time staff. The firm have been successful at maintaining a high retentions rate for staff by creating a positive and enjoyable work environment and supporting professional development of staff were possible. 

You will be a private client solicitor with over one year’s post qualification experience in private client work and be able to manage your own caseload. You will also need your own transport and valid UK driver licence, as an element of this role will involve travelling around the Mansfield and Chesterfield area.
