Residential Conveyancing Locum

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING LOCUM • ESSEX• FRIENDLY HIGH STREET FIRM

Our client, a friendly high street firm based in Essex is looking for a residential conveyancing locum to assist in their busy property department on an ongoing locum basis. They are looking to pay up to £22 per hour in accordance with the candidate's relevant experience. This role is to start from the 3rd May.

The successful candidate will have:

• The ability to handle cases from inception through to post completion with minimal supervision
• An adaptable and personal approach
• Be able to effectively prioritise work and consistently meet demanding deadlines

The role will involve:

• Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold

Alongside solicitors, our client will accept applications from paralegals as long as they possess the relevant experience.
