Job Details
The firm is unique in that it deals with a very specific area of civil litigation involving aspects of private nuisance, misrepresentation and professional negligence.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE and be capable of running cases from start to finish, fully competent with Civil Procedure Rules.
You must have excellent written and oral communications and be capable of working fairly independently.
Candidates are not expected to have specific knowledge relating to their unique area of practice but candidates must be willing to learn a relatively new and rapidly developing area of law.
The firm is offering a competitive salary along with support to work from home occasionally as agreed by the firm.
