Fraud Solicitor
This leading Legal 500 insurance and risk law specialist has an exciting new position in its fraud motor department. With the opportunity to work alongside some of the leading fraud experts in this field, this really could be the step up the career ladder you have been waiting for.
The successful applicant will enjoy:
- Working alongside leading lawyers, top 10 insurers and experts within the specialism of fraud
- Managing both litigated and non-litigated cases from inception to completion
- Your exciting caseload will include credit hire, LVI, bogus passengers, staged and contrived accidents and you will be responsible for seeing your case through from the start to trial
- Good technical knowledge of first party fraud, article 75, deceit action, contempt action and criminal prosecutions
- Ongoing support and training as required throughout your career
- Genuine career progression prospects
- Competitive remuneration package.
The role would suit either a Newly-Qualified Solicitor or someone with slightly more relevant experience as the caseload can be adapted accordingly.
