The Role: Locum Residential Conveyancer
Location: Near Oxford
Contract Type: Long term Locum

A successful firm based in the picturesque Cotswold Hills, near Oxford, is looking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team on a full time, long term locum basis.

This opportunity will enable the Locum Residential Conveyancer to showcase their skills by managing all aspects of new and existing transactions from inception to completion and handling a small amount of commercial property work. This Locum Residential Conveyancer role would suit a qualified solicitor who has gained at least 3 years' of dealing with a variety of property transactions.

Key attributes for success in this role will be an ability to work under pressure, an engaging approach as well as having a strong client service ethos.
