Commercial Property Solicitor
Our client are a modern and extremely progressive firm that has grown substantially over the last 10 years to a turnover of £5m and aims to become a Top 200 UK Law firm imminently. State of the art systems, first class management and a client base of quality rather than quantity are on offer to an ambitious newly or recently qualified Property Lawyer.
The successful candidate will be joining a strong Legal 500 rated team that deal with a number of development clients. The opportunity would suit a lawyer that has experience in dealing with issues ranging from land acquisition, strategic site assembly and plot sales. Additionally you will be required to become actively involved the marketing and business development of the practice moving forward.
