A corporate lawyer is required by a boutique London practice that has doubled in size in the last two years and in the process of opening in Cambridge

Our client’s origins come from one of the leading US firms in the city and their list of household named clients is hugely impressive. Their clients include entrepreneurs, companies and investors across high-growth technology markets such as life sciences, clean tech and digital technology, specialising in start-ups, venture capital and IP.

They now wish to attract a talented corporate lawyer likely to be between 0-3 years qualified with excellent academics who has trained at either a leading regional heavyweight or city practice. The successful candidate will be asked to work partly in London and partly in their new Cambridge office Newly qualified salaries start at £60-62K rising to mid-seventies at three years qualified. You will currently be handling a broad diet of general corporate work with an interest in the start-up/venture capital market place. This is a unique opportunity to join a law firm at an exciting stage of its development.
