Costs Draftsperson - Southampton

This well-established regional firm is looking to employ a focused and driven Cost Draftsman / Negotiator to join their busy costs team.

The work will entail dealing with pre and post litigated claims on behalf of some of the largest insurers, some of this will be with regards to Personal Injury. Other areas of work will include drafting correspondences and dealing with Points of Dispute and instructions to Counsel. You will also be in attendance of and assist with Detailed Assessment Hearings.

As an experienced Costs Draftsperson, you will ideally come from a Personal Injury background or have exposure in this area and exhibit excellent negotiation skills. Being organised and able to prioritise your workload will be key elements to this role.
