Property Lawyer: Residential & Commercial - Dorset/Hampshire

Lawyer required by regarded and long established law firm situated on Hampshire Coast.

This friendly law firm has a loyal client base and acts for individuals and companies across the region.

Due to on-going success an experienced Lawyer is required to join the property team and handle a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property work which will include sale and purchase of properties, lease work and landlord and tenant work.

This role can be tailor made for the right individual. The ideal candidate will be Legal Executive or Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience and be able to play a part within the development of the department and proven experience within residential or commercial property.
