International Travel Litigation Paralegal

With strategic plans to significantly bolster this practice area, the firm will give full commitment, necessary training and support to the new incumbents to ensure the international travel litigation team develops to match the other departments within the firm.  

You will join at an exciting time of growth for the firm, with marketing and business development already underway, consequently you will have a caseload to work on from day one. As such international travel litigation paralegals need a minimum of 6 months’ previous experience handling:

• Their own caseload
• Claimant PI and portal experience 
• Slips and trips aboard
• Packaged holiday claims
• Damage claims aboard
