A highly regarded Top 50 law firm, with a national and international presence, are seeking a commercial litigation solicitor to join their team.

The team has an excellent reputation for successfully managing complex litigation matters on behalf of a number of high profile and high net worth individuals, in addition to several instantly recognisable brands. The team conducts a wide range of business dispute related work including contractual claims; economic torts; shareholder/company disputes and the like. There are also a number of specialist areas such as product liability; defamation; IP litigation; sports disciplinary and licensing work.

The role will involve undertaking High Court litigation as well as mediation and arbitration, drafting documents and managing the relevant dispute resolution process in addition to supporting partners in larger matters as well as managing your own caseload. You will also manage a variety of licensing work including applications for Premises/ Personal Licences, Temporary Events Notices etc.

Suitable applicants will have excellent academics and will be UK qualified commercial litigation solicitors, ideally with 3-5 years PQE gained at a leading national or international firm. Applications from candidates that have gained experience at a leading regional practice may also be considered as long as you can demonstrate experience in advising on a wide range of dispute related work.
