Litigation Paralegal

Are you looking for a new litigation role handling complex matters on behalf of insurers?

This international firm are growing. They are looking for bright enthusiastic legal assistants to join their established team in Taunton and handle insurance litigation on behalf of insurers. 

You will join the professional indemnity team and advise on claims against surveyors, architects, engineers, accountants, solicitors, insurance brokers and other professionals. This role will also assist the collateral warranty review team, reviewing professional appointments and associated collateral warranties to check that they do not give rise to policy issues. 

The work is complex and interesting. You will be acting for the insurer and involved in all aspects of litigated work from day one.

You should already have at least one years' paralegal experience from a litigation background. Insurance experience would be ideal, but not essential.
