NQ Commercial Property Solicitor / Senior Paralegal

They are seeking a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or Senior Paralegal to join their Commercial Property team, based just outside Cardiff City Centre and close to M4 links. This role encompasses a broad mix of work including experience of Landlord and Tenant transactional matters, some development related work and freehold, leasehold sales and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions and secured lending.

The firm are also seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or CILEX/CLC qualified Conveyancer for  the Cardiff office office to manage a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold conveyancing, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, Rights to Buy, Shared Ownership Schemes and lease extensions. This role require management skills to supervise the work of a small team of Legal Assistants and to develop their skills and knowledge.
